Yes we can replace tiles and refill grout joints although we cannot guarantee that the original cause of the problem will not lead to repeat damage.

 

Can I walk on the floor as soon as you're done?

With most of our sealers we can allow light surface traffic after only 2 hours. Cure times vary.

 

Will your cleaning process harm the tile or grout?

The process it self is not harmful, but if there are pre-existing conditions, such as weak grout or cracked tiles, the technician will inform you of any potential problems.
